ETERNA (绮年华) 手表品牌的历史开始于1856年11月7日，140多年来，绮年华Eteran一直秉持当初创立的“三精”宗旨——精确、精巧和精致，始终如一，而在发展中创新制表工艺和技术，即是驱动这个目标的最佳证明。 1948年，绮年华成功制造出将自动转盘镶嵌在五个小圆球型轴承上的自动上发条表，这一创举彻底改写了传统自动上发条手表的发展。
ETERNA watch's history began in November 7, 1856. For the past 140 years, the brand has always uphold the original "three fine" purpose - precise, delicate and refined, consistent, and in development watchmaking innovation and technology that is driving the best proof of this goal. 1948, Eterna successfully produced automatically dial inlaid in five small ball bearing on the self-winding watch, this initiative completely rewritten the traditional self-winding watch developments.
1980年5月8日，绮年华表获颁欧洲优质产品最高荣誉大奖Grand Prize：Triumph of European Excellence，以表彰一百多年来对制表工艺的卓越贡献。2011年6月，中国海淀从德国保时捷家族手中接过 Eterna (绮年华) 的旗帜，并以专卖店及加盟店的形式在全球大力拓展 ETERNA (绮年华) 品牌，让这一历史悠久的手表老牌再次焕发青春。
May 8, 1980, Eterna won the highest European quality products award —— Triumph of European Excellence in recognition of one hundred years for outstanding contribution to watchmaking. June 2011, China Haidian took over Eterna (Eterna) banner from the German Porsche family, and expand ETERNA in the form of shops and stores in the world vigorously , making this historic brand rejuvenated.
