项目背景
管理咨询行业是我国改革开放以来兴起的一门新行业、新学科,是我国第三产业即服务业中一门比较重要但又相对薄弱的产业。咨询行业像其他事物一样,会受到周围环境的各种影响和制约,只有与环境的变化相适应和协调,企业才能顺利地开展咨询活动。总的说来,管理咨询行业主要受政治法律、经济、社会文化三个方面环境因素的影响。但随着我国加入WTO,与国际交流日益增多,人们的观念尤其是企业界、政府的思想观念发生了巨大的改变,也在不断与国际的先进思想和管理理念接轨。本项目就是诞生在这样的背景之下。
