阳光河谷位于其他区平山温塘镇东侧的山坡上(距商业街较近)，位于石家庄市西北方向，距离市区51公里，属半山区丘陵地貌。项目总占地700多亩，总建筑面积450000平米，绿化率高达65%。项目的建筑规划设计以5.5层高的尖顶欧式风格为主，在外立面上采用别墅造型的手法以达到视觉的美观与和谐。
Sunshine Valley is located in the hill of PingShan WenTang town (near the mall ) which is in the northwest of shijiazhuang city. The distance from downtown to the Sunshine Valley is 51 kilometers. The total project covers an area of 700 mu, and the total construction area 450000 square meters, green area as high as 65%. 阳光河谷这个名字很容易使人联想到温馨舒适的自然风景区，那里阳光充足，河谷宽朗。先知在为阳光河谷做品牌设计时，充分考虑其行业属性以及目标受众，塑造两个小字母V，像是两只向前迈进的脚，浅蓝色的图标让人感受到湖水般的宁静，而橙黄色的图标会让人体会和煦的阳光。形象的文字设计更显灵巧可爱，光字的上半部恍如发光的太阳，而河字的左半部分则婉如潺潺流动的清水，正所谓“春光澹沱秦东亭，渚蒲牙白水荇青”。
People could easily associate the name sunshine valley with particularly sweet and comfortable natural scenic spot. The brand desgin done by Wevin is very similar to the company and its positioning, two small icons like the letter V deformation, the orange icon will make people feel the warm sunshine, which correspond with the name completely. The logo design is cute,nifty and lovely, making people feel happy and cheerful.
