唐山启奥科技位于唐山市高新技术开发区，公司主要致力于软件开发、IT培训、信息服务；公司专业研发输血、社区卫生行业综合管理信息系统软件、统计软件，提供现代血站及社区卫生综合解决方案----标准化、规范化管理信息系统，是目前全国输血行业最大的软件开发商，用户遍及全国28个省、市、自治区（包括澳门），市场占有率达到75%以上，系统列入国家科技部中小企业创新基金项目。公司的主要业务有：血液管理信息化建设、健康管理信息化建设、应用软件开发、系统集成、中小企业信息咨询服务、信息咨询服务业务为广大中小企业提供专业的信息化建设解决方案。
Project background:
Tangshan Qi’ao Technology Co., located in Tangshan high-tech Development Zone, the company devoted to software development, IT training and information service. The company was profeesioned in transfusion, community health industry comprehensive managing information system and account softwares,it is currently the national blood transfusion industry's largest software developers, users throughout 28 provinces, cities, autonomous regions (including Macao), the market share of more than 75%, the system included in the national Ministry of science and technology innovation fund project of small and medium sized enterprises. Company's main business concludes:blood management informationization construction, health management application software development, system integration, small and medium-sized enterprise information consulting services, information consultation service to small and medium-sized enterprises to provide profesional solutions to informatization construction .
面临挑战：
国内医院在这些年基本建立了医院信息管理系统之后，正处于医技信息管理系统的快速发展时期。信息化程度较高的医院已经初步建立了覆盖内容比较广泛的医技信息系统。但是由于种种原因，目前已经在运行的医技信息系统主要存在以下问题：这些系统建立时并未考虑与医院信息管理系统的集成，或者当时医院信息管理系统并不具备集成的条件，所以就形成了孤立的系统。由于我国并未制定医技信息管理系统的技术标准，影响了医院整体流程集成和信息集成的质量。随着新医改的推进和区域公共卫生系统的建设，需要建立统一标准下的医技信息系统。

先知命名团队通过对医疗系统应用这一块进行的深入调研，团队内进行了大量的讨论和研究，并最终确定了“启奥”这个名字。“启奥”寓意“洪规载启，德合精奥”，命名大气，有科技感。对于医疗系统来说，本身就属于IT行业属性，“启”有开启的意思，“奥”是奥妙，奥秘，两字组合寓意开启全新未来。同时两字深合五行易理，24笔画，绵绣前程，须靠自力，多用智谋，能奏大功。是大吉的名字。
