西安利君制药有限责任公司是在原西安利君制药股份有限公司的基础上，改组成立的外商独资制药企业。其前身西安制药厂，1938年创建于革命圣地延安，具有70年制药历史，公司拥有总资产8.5亿元，员工2000余人，各类专业技术人才千余名，主要经营新型制剂、医药原料、特色OTC和高品质保健品。
