北京昌平兆丰村镇银行股份有限公司是一家由包商银行主发起，1家非金融机构企业法人和8个境内自然人共同出资成立的新型农村金融机构，注册资本7000万元，2009年12月份经北京银监局批准筹建，2010年8月取得金融许可证，于2010年10月10日试营业，至11月25日正式开业.
