在我国,劳动仲裁是劳动争议当事人向人民法院提起诉讼的必经程序。按照《劳动争议调解仲裁法》规定,提起劳动仲裁的一方应在劳动争议发生之日起一年内向劳动争议仲裁委员会提出书面申请。除非当事人是因不可抗力或有其他正当理由,否则超过法律规定的申请仲裁时效的,仲裁委员会不予受理。

先知中国在为其做形象设计时,首先考虑到的就是“公平”二字,而且,重点突出的也是这两个字。形象的图标含义比较丰富,首先它看上去像是汉字的“公”,象征着公平、公正、公开;其次,它像是一架天平,是法律的象征;最后,它看上去像是前后排列的几座山,给人一种稳重、庄严的感觉。整体而言,整个形象能够非常鲜明地体现出仲裁委员会的职能。
Wevin paid much attention to the feature of fairness when doing the logo design, so the main idea of the logo originates from the Chinese character " Gongping", and the whole logo is like a balance which is the symbol of the law. The logo gives people a sense of sedate, solemn. Overall, the whole LOGO can very clearly reflect the function of the arbitration commission.
